3....2....1 Blast off! - On Friday 31st January we all set off to the National Space Centre in Leicester as part of our topic 'Back to the future'.
We all had an amazing time visiting the different zones looking and reading about different space memorabilia, learning about meteorites and satellites as well as star gazing.
One of the highlights of the trip was a visit to the Sir Patrick Moore Planetarium - which gave us an incredible insight on what its like to be a real life astronaut! Watching in a 360 degree fulldome was brilliant.
