We are recognising, comparing and subitising numbers. We have been understanding pattern in numbers - step patterns of 1 more and 1 less and applying our maths knowledge to playing games.
Maths in the Wider Curriculum
Exploring maths in the world around us. Here we are using our maths knowledge to sort and order, measure and estimate, weigh and apply, build and create patterns We’ve grown, cooked, shared equally and then eaten potatoes. We’ve investigated the most popular apple (it was pink lady!) matched and followed a pattern to create music.
