Similar to last year, during the summer term we are doing a morning run. The whole school is taking part (staff included) and we are aiming to complete more laps by the time we get the the end of term. We are learning about the importance of needing exercise to keep a healthy mind and body.
Every day the whole school is taking part in a daily run for 10 minutes, this is to help us have a healthy mind and body! The recommendation for children is to be active for at least 60 minutes every day; 30 minutes in school and 30 minutes outside of school.
